This blend was born to satisfy the connoisseur of the Italian espresso, he who always wants to find in the aroma, both that aromatic and fruity flavour of the best Arabica but also that touch of strength and pleasantness that the right mix with excellent Robusta are able to give.
SENSORY PROFILE: hazel  tending to red with lighter striations typical of the best quality arabica:The persistence of the cream is excellent , medium consistency. The texture of the cream is fine, particular that makes the surface extremely  velvet.
AROMA:particularly intense and pleasant
FLAVOUR: balanced
BODY:oft round with a tactile balance medium/high level.
AFTERTASTE: good persistence , with hints of flower, citrus and spicy.
COLOUR:Brown leather (chamois leather)
